Service Terms & Workshop Policy
The following terms apply to all airsoft repair, servicing, and installation work carried out by Misura Precision Systems. By submitting a replica for work, you agree to these terms.
Chronograph & Power Testing
All power testing and tuning is carried out using joules, measured with the BB weight specified by the customer or site. FPS readings with 0.20g BBs are not used as a primary reference, as they do not accurately represent real-world operation.
Please note that power output can fluctuate due to environmental conditions, component wear, and usage. All testing is performed in our workshop environment, and exact power figures cannot be guaranteed outside of these conditions.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their replica complies with site limits on the day of play.
Ammunition & Setup
AEG platforms are not optimised for 0.20g BBs in normal use. All tuning and testing is carried out using appropriate BB weights relevant to the intended application.
Scope of Work & Results
All work is performed to the best of our ability using correct specification components and accepted servicing practices. While we aim for consistency and reliability, airsoft replicas are mechanical systems and absolute performance guarantees cannot be provided.
Payment & Storage
Invoices must be paid within 30 days of work completion and notification.
Replicas not collected or paid for within this period may incur a storage fee (£20).
Items left unpaid for 3 months or more may be sold to recover labour, storage, and parts costs, with reasonable attempts made to contact the customer beforehand.
Acceptance of Terms
By authorising Misura Precision Systems to carry out work on your airsoft replica, you acknowledge and accept these terms in full.
